Predictive Maintenance, grounded in your machine’s history

Use AI to bring measurements, production records, service history, and manuals into one investigation. See what changed, review the evidence, and plan the next maintenance check.

A finding you can investigate

A reading changed. Does it match a change in product, load, or operating state? Has the same issue appeared before? Orenda’s AI workspace brings authorized machine sources together so the maintenance team can work through these questions and return to the evidence behind the answer.

From a change in the machine to a follow-up check

  1. Select the machine Choose the question, period, and available sources.
  2. Run the investigation Use measurements, production and maintenance records, and relevant document passages.
  3. Review and follow up Open the evidence, save the report, and record the agreed next step.

Give the investigation something to work with

Measurements with context

Use timestamps, units, signal quality, and comparable operating periods.

Machine documentation

Index manuals locally and open the passages relevant to the finding.

Recorded history

Bring retained production, stops, previous service work, and outcomes into the same view.

Use it as part of the maintenance work

Save investigations, schedule repeat checks, and export HTML or PDF reports. The team reviews proposed actions and follows them through the maintenance workflow. Missing measurements, unavailable sources, and failed requests remain visible so the next task is clear.

  1. Map the machine and validate the useful signals.
  2. Add the manuals and retained maintenance history.
  3. Approve the machine and data permissions for analysis.
  4. Run one investigation and review it with the maintenance team.

Keep the result useful after the first reading

Traceable findings

Reopen the measurement or document passage behind a finding.

Saved reports

Return to the investigation or share an exported report with the team.

Continuity in service

Record the follow-up and use it in the next maintenance investigation.

Predictive Maintenance questions

What data do we need to start?

Start with a defined machine, reliable measurements, known units and operating states, and the available maintenance records and manuals. The first investigation helps identify what additional data would make the answer more useful.

Where does the AI analysis run?

Document processing and indexing run locally on the Box. Hosted inference uses selected authorized measurements and document excerpts through the host-controlled service. A customer-managed inference endpoint can also be configured. Original documents stay local.

Will it tell us the exact date a machine will fail?

The workflow identifies changes, supporting evidence, and useful next checks. An exact failure date or remaining-life estimate needs a separately validated model and suitable machine data; it is not an output to assume from a maintenance investigation.

Bring a recurring maintenance question

Tell us what changes on the machine, which signals you can read, and which manuals and records are available.
