For example: 6 published resources cost €52.20/month. For 16 resources and 100 users, 20-unit capacity at €123/month costs less than adding users to the smaller capacity. The same calculation applies to the number of Boxes in Box mode.

Billing starts at activation. The tariff table is fixed for the first 12 months. Requested capacity changes apply from the agreed date; previous invoices are not recalculated.
How the calculation works
Count what you make reachable
With standalone Connect, each published application or service uses one unit: for example, a web app, an RDP connection, or an SSH service. With Orenda Box, one Box and its applications or connected PLC services count together as one unit.
Grow between packages
Additional capacity uses the relevant package’s unit price. We compare every tier and use a larger package if its total is lower. Above 100 units, the rate is €5.95 per unit per month.
Users follow licensed capacity
Each organization gets 25 users at 1–4 capacity, 50 at 5–19, and 100 at 20 or more. Unused paid capacity counts. Each extra 25 users costs €7.50/month.
One team or several customer organizations?
Your own organization
Choose capacity for your installations and users. Assign access by person, group, and application. The calculator covers one organization.
Machine builders and service partners
A separate OEM agreement can cover pooled capacity and one invoice. Allocate that capacity to each customer organization; users, data, and access stay separate. Each organization’s user allowance follows its own allocation.
Pricing questions
Can I buy Connect without an Orenda Box?
Yes. Connect is a standalone software subscription for existing applications, servers, and devices. The published prices cover that subscription. Box hardware and installation are optional and quoted separately.
Does using more data increase my Connect bill?
Connect has no traffic quota or traffic overage charge. A mobile operator’s data package is separate; the Edge LTE allowance is 10 GB in total for the first 12 months, not 10 GB every month.
Do higher capacities unlock more security features?
Every capacity has the same remote access, security, and standard support scope. The differences are licensed capacity, included users, and unit price. Partner access does not require a separate paid package.
Can I combine independent customers into one package?
Independent subscriptions are not combined automatically. Pooled OEM capacity requires an agreement and explicit allocation to each organization. A shared invoice does not share data or grant access between customers.
Is Box Lite the same as MES Lite?
No. Orenda Box Lite is an upcoming Box option. MES Lite is the basic production application already included with Edge and Edge LTE.

What is included, and what do we scope together?
Standard Edge and Edge LTE
Basic production monitoring with MES Lite, local records and machine history, supported PLC drivers, application installation, and the SDK are part of the standard platform.
Advanced production and AI
Advanced MES modules, Predictive Maintenance and AI services are matched to the machines, data, and workflow you need. We specify their licenses, usage, and integration in the proposal.
Installation and integration
PLC mapping, site work, training, custom apps, ERP integration, and a special service level are scoped around the project.
