App Market questions
Do I need a Box to install marketplace apps?
Yes. Marketplace apps run on a compatible OrendaBox. Orenda Connect also works independently with existing applications and servers, without Box hardware.
Does a reviewed app automatically get access to my data?
No. Publication review and local access are separate. A Box administrator approves declared permissions during installation and updates. Organization permissions determine which people can open the application.
Are all applications included in Connect pricing?
No. Connect access capacity, Box hardware and application licenses are separate parts of a deployment. Check the application listing and confirm the required modules and licenses before installation.
